All prices quoted are per car and are based on our "standard service" where any available car from our fleet is provided for the requested journey. A particular model can be reserved at a premium (details available upon request).
All prices are calculated, based on journeys originating / terminating from / to central London.
Prices quoted for airport transfers from / to central London include certain postcodes only (details available upon request).
Airport pickups include "Meet & Greet" and the first 60 minutes of waiting time (after the flight has landed). Additional waiting time charges are applicable after that period. Our driver would meet the client inside the terminal building with their name card and help them with their luggage. If for any reason clients are unable to make contact with the driver, they must contact us on the number provided. Failure to do so would result in full charge/no refunds.
Prices quoted for "As Directed" and "Day Hire" include multiple stops and waiting time. The usage of the car is restricted to certain mileage allocation. Any mileage thereafter is charged at an additional per mile rate (details upon request). Airport transfers are not normally included in the A.D hire and are charged in addition to the standard rate.
All Parking / Drop Off / Congestion Charges are applicable at cost.
All pickups include the first 30 minutes of waiting time. Additional waiting time charges are applicable after that period.
Full driver and vehicle details are provided nearer the required service.
All hires are subject to a minimum charge (details upon request).
Full payment must be received no later than 24 hours before the required service. This time frame will be subject to change depending upon the unique nature of a job or during very busy periods.
A 50% cancellation charge would be applicable if jobs are cancelled in less than 24 hours before the required service.
A 100% cancellation charge would be applicable if jobs are cancelled in less than 12 hours before the required service and also for no-shows.
The above cancellation policy will be subject to change depending upon the unique nature of a job or during very busy periods. Such changes will be notified beforehand.
Any discrepancies must be notified within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
Gratuities are not automatically included in the fare and can be added at client's discretion.
